In accordance with Florida Statutes, any information provided to Arnette House by clients/families shall be confidential and shall not be disclosed except to officials and/or agencies in performances of their duties. i.e. law enforcement, Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of Children and Families.

Information regarding employees of Arnette House shall not be disclosed to any other entity unless approved in writing by the employee.
